1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the ClearAI platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every single term and condition outlined here, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

2. STRICTLY NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

Critical Disclosure

ClearAI is an educational and informational research tool. We are absolutely NOT registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, financial planners, or tax professionals with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), or any other regulatory body anywhere in the world.

All content on this Platform—including AI-generated articles, market summaries, technical analysis algorithms, and chatbot responses—is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any security, or an endorsement of any investment strategy. You acknowledge that you must conduct your own independent due diligence and/or consult a licensed financial professional before making any financial decisions. Over 90% of day traders lose money. You assume 100% of the risk for your trades.

3. Experimental Nature of AI-Generated Content

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the vast majority of ClearAI's content is autonomously generated by Large Language Models (LLMs) parsing third-party data.

  • AI Hallucinations: Artificial Intelligence is experimental and known to hallucinate (i.e., confidently formulate completely false information or math).
  • Data Integrity Lag: ClearAI pulls from delayed third-party financial news feeds and APIs. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, nor do we guarantee that the foundational data the AI evaluates is correct.
  • No Human Oversight: Market summaries and analyses are generally published "as-is" without human intervention or editorial review.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Referrals

ClearAI operates on a freemium model. Premium subscription fees are billed automatically via our payment processors (Stripe/Razorpay) in advance of the billing cycle.

  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time under any circumstances, unless explicitly mandated by the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard to prevent future charges.
  • Referral Abuse: Any fraudulent activity regarding our referral program will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and a lifetime ban from the Platform.

5. Absolute Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEARAI, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, catastrophic financial losses, loss of profits, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from your reliance on the AI-generated content, market data, or connectivity issues on our platform. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid to us for the subscription in the past twelve (12) months.

6. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of ClearAI following the posting of revised terms means that you automatically accept and agree to the changes.
